Before I got married, I always thought that Burritos were really cumbersome to make. But I found out differently with my husband’s quick and easy burritos!
- 8 Flour tortillas. Any size is fine, if you want to fill it with salad like we sometimes do you’ll want to get the bigger ones. (Check out my easy Flour Tortilla Recipe.)
- 1 can refried beans (Actually I usually make my own refried beans. You can click here for that recipe.)
- 1 cup grated cheese
- Hot sauce
- Sour cream
- Pico de gallo
- Lay flour tortillas on a baking sheet and preheat oven to low broil. Spread approx ¼ cut refried beans on each tortilla. Add ¼ cup grated cheese on top. Place sheet in oven and broil for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve open and top with sour cream, guacamole, salsa, hot sauce, or whatever else sounds good. Sometimes we stuff our burritos with rice and salad too. Fold and enjoy!
